The name “Confluence” represents a coming together or gathering point. The Confluence name was inspired by the coming together of the mighty Mississippi and St. Croix rivers a short distance from where the building stands in Hastings, Minnesota.

Hastings Minnesota’s most exciting project in years opens soon!
The Confluence Hotel is a newly renovated industrial building located on the riverfront in Hastings Minnesota. Built with the bones of the early 1900’s H.D. Hudson factory building, this newly concepted building will feature a 77 room hotel, restaurant, and event space inside of it as well as apartments. The Confluence restores a prominent building to the city of Hastings and creates a destination, just minutes away from the Twin Cities.

Our hotel will marry the traditions of the region and historical relevance with the
upscale style of the historic downtown. Once inside you will experience the preservation and re-imagined building. The refined and carefully curated
accommodations harken to the buildings former glory with relevance for our travelers. Our hotel will feature a bar and restaurant to attract visitors and locals, as well as a 350-person interior event space with breathtaking views of the river and Hastings bridge. The property also brings Hastings enhanced outdoor event spaces with room for dining on the patio, venues for live entertainment, and a
tented space for social events. Our north wing features apartments, with layouts for studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units, as well as secured underground parking and tenant storage.
